New Zealand-born and based in Seoul. My foundation is applied linguistics (University of Auckland, Linguistics and TESOL), extended by a master's in international studies, international cooperation, at Seoul National University.

What connects it all is treating problems as systems: reading how language, data and people behave, then building something that works, whether a tool, a piece of content or a plan. Labsmall is where that work lives.
